The brief
A problem worth
building around.
HVAC companies struggle to find qualified technicians in a competitive labor market. Generic recruitment tools don't understand industry-specific certifications, seasonal hiring patterns, or the technical skills required. Traditional job boards yield low-quality candidates.
Our approach
We built a vertical-specific recruitment platform with deep HVAC industry knowledge baked in. The system features Twilio SMS and voice integration for immediate candidate engagement, a "bench building" feature to maintain warm relationships with passive candidates, and volume placement packages for companies with high-throughput hiring needs.
